Election Petition Tribunal, APC and Buhari In For A Shocker – Secondus

The PDP it does appear is creating a database of information for the foray ahead if statements accredited to its members are anything to go by. According to party sources, they have gathered enough evidence and proofs whose “shocking revelations” will shock President Buhari and the ruling APC at the tribunal hearing.

While chatting with reporters, Secondus said that his party PDP and Atiku would have conceded defeat had the APC won the election without the irregularities that dogged the exercise, but because of the blatant disregard which the APC displayed towards the electoral laws of the land, the PDP decided to challenge the affront by President Buhari and the APC in their wresting of PDP’s victory at the tribunal in the interest of the Nigeria.

Secondus, asked Nigerians to be patient, he said further that soon Atiku’s papers challenging the robbed victory will be submitted to the tribunal by the team of lawyers put together by the party, he said this while answering questions pertaining to when the papers will be submitted.

“The Electoral Act stipulates that. We will beat the time. So, don’t be in a hurry.”

Secondus said,

“We will shock both Buhari and the APC at the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal with facts and figures. We will also show videos and other ways through which the APC, INEC and the military collaborated to rig the election.

“The world and the entire country will see the details of what happened. We will reveal what they never believed we saw.

“No need to take issue with them. They (APC) claimed that they have evidence of fraud allegedly committed by the PDP as well. We will wait for them to come up with their lies.

“Unfortunately for them, the courts are not where propaganda will sway facts. Let them come with propaganda, we will hit them with facts and figures.”
