Two Arrested In Ogun For Gang-Raping. Ogun State police arrested the duo of 30-year-old Damilare Oyeniyi and 20-year-old Emmanuel Okori for the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl in Ota on 12 December.
The suspects, according to the command spokesman, Abimbola Oyeyemi, were detained after the incident was reported to the Sango police station by the victim.
The victim, Oyeyemi said, had reported that the two suspects, with whom the victim lives in the same compound, dragged her into the room of one of them, stripped her naked, filmed her nude before taking turns to have unlawful carnal knowledge of her.

In the report, the DPO of the Sango division, the CSP Godwin Idaho, reportedly detailed his men in search of the suspects, who had left after the incident.
The investigative efforts of the detectives, Oyeyemi revealed, gave the desired outcome that the duo was apprehended on 16 December.
During the interrogation, the police spokesperson stated that both suspects had admitted to having committed the crime.
They reportedly admitted to filming the victim’s nudity, saying they had threatened to post the video on social media if she told anyone about it.
Meanwhile, the police commissioner, Edward Ajogun, ordered a discreet investigation into the incident in order to pursue the suspects.
